Production process and flow of electroplating labels

2024-12-25

1. Exposure: The electroplating master plate uses a stainless steel plate that is easy to peel off after plating. After degreasing and washing. Print the photosensitive adhesive that resists electroplating. After exposure and development, perform post-exposure treatment to increase the plating resistance of the photosensitive adhesive.

2. Electroplating: Clamp the processed stainless steel plate with an image with a special clamp. Put it into the fast electroplating nickel tank for electroplating. The electroplating time and current depend on the area and thickness of the cast object.

3. Peeling: Wash and dry the cast stainless steel plate. Then use the transfer film to completely peel off the electroplated text and pattern.

4. Gluing: There are two methods: one is to use the screen printing method to screen print the self-adhesive sticker on the back of the electroplated text and pattern, and it can be used after drying. The second is to print the self-adhesive sticker on the transfer paper first, and after drying, stick the electroplated text and pattern on the transfer film to the adhesive film, and transfer the self-adhesive film to the back of the electroplated text and pattern after pressing.

Notes

Use screen printing to print the self-adhesive label on the back of the electroformed text and pattern, and it can be used after drying.

Electroplating labels are just emerging in my country, and its excellent characteristics and wide range of uses have created strong business opportunities. I hope colleagues will not miss the opportunity and share the fruits.

Print the self-adhesive label on the transfer paper first, and after drying, stick the electroformed text and pattern on the transfer film to the film. After pressing, transfer the self-adhesive film to the back of the electroformed text and pattern.

Scope of application of electroplated signs: Electroplated signs are made of copper, nickel, and gold. They have a bright surface, smooth edges, accurate graphics, and excellent weather resistance. Therefore, electroplated signs are high-end signs. The production process of electroplated signs is simple and the price is not high, so people call them: electroplated signs are low-priced, high-grade signs. In addition, they are pasted with strong self-adhesive stickers, which are very convenient to use. Therefore, their application range is very wide. They are especially suitable for nameplates and decorative plates for small and medium-sized light industrial products such as metal surfaces, painted surfaces, plastics, wood, and leather. The combination of electroplating technology with refraction, three-dimensional, crystal glue and other processes can produce unique effects.
